Opening a dispute without having extended the escrow or contacted us and having a chat about the situation = NO RESHIP! 4. We do not discuss a reship before (14 days DE / 30 days EU) have passed! Please extend the Escrow! 5. Reships MUST be sent to a new address!

- Your product will be professionally packed and shipped to the address you provided.
- We copy & paste the address you send us to the shipping label. So please send it formatted correctly for quick and safe processing!(see more further down)
- If your address is wrong its not our fault! = No Reship
- We only ship by Deutsche Post letter! No parcel couriers possible! NO DHL, NO DPD, NO GLS, NO UPS, NO Hermes etc! NOT POSSIBLE!

- We can ship to German DHL Packstations by Grobrief/Maxibrief but we do not provide any sort of refund/reship in case of non arrival to PS!

First of all, dont panic and stay calm! We have shipped a letter containing your product to the address you provided. We use great stealth so its highly unlikely that your order is caught by the customs, even after the shipment is opened and checked.
In 99.99% of the times its just a delay of the post which is unfortunately not in our hands. Just wait a couple more days it will most likely arrive. Please extend the escrow if your order has not arrived in the expected time.

Side note: Letters dont simply disappear also they barely ever get temporarily lost or misrouted. Our stealth is great, the letters look legit(and its content boring enough for someone to not steal it), its very very unlikely for something to not arrive. +There are always ways to recover "lost or misrouted" mail(domestic only), no need to stress about it. We can help you with the process! In the very unlikely situation of a shipment not arriving its also a great idea to recover the letter asap than having it bounce around the postal system and eventually getting into the wrong hands with your address on it... We use a fake non existing sender address, the only address where the letter can be delivered is the one you gave us. As long as the letter is in the hands of the deutsche post it can be recovered.
