I live in a gated villa compound in Jumeirah (the one near Sunset Mall) and my 2015 Mercedes C200 battery died this morning in my own driveway. The compound security is strict about letting outside vendors in without prior approval. I'm looking for a Premier 70AH Battery Specialist in Jumeirah who is used to dealing with gated communities and can either get on the approved list or meet me at the guard house. I saw Amaron's battery page and they mention mobile service across Dubai. Has anyone here in a Jumeirah compound had a mobile battery replacement done? Did the technician need to show ID or get a visitor pass? How did you handle it? I really don't want to have the car towed out just for a battery. Also are there any battery shops within walking distance of Jumeirah where I could buy the battery and carry it home? I'm willing to walk if it means getting the car running today. Any advice from Jumeirah residents would be awesome. Thanks.
