I love my 2018 Audi A6 but I'm getting killed by the dealership service prices. Last month they quoted me nearly 7000 dirhams for the 80k km service including plugs, filters, and a DSG fluid change. I get that it's a premium car but that's just ridiculous. I'm not ready to sell the car but I also can't keep paying these prices. I've heard about independent shops that specialize in German cars and use genuine parts but charge maybe half of what the dealer does. I'm looking for a reliable luxury car service Dubai that won't treat me like an idiot just because I drive an Audi. I saw Dynostar's luxury page and they mention working on European brands with dealer level diagnostics. Has anyone here switched from dealer to independent for their BMW, Mercedes or Audi? How was the experience? Did they actually reset the service indicator and follow all the proper procedures? Also do they provide loaner cars or at least a decent waiting area? Any recommendations would be a lifesaver because my wallet is hurting. Thanks.
