Sequoia Financial Services won't stop calling – what are my options?
I'm dealing with constant phone harassment from Sequoia Financial Services over a debt. They're calling my cell and even my coworkers, which is embarrassing and feels totally illegal. I've read a bit about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and I'm pretty sure what they're doing crosses the line.
Before I send a cease-and-desist letter, I wanted to ask: has anyone here actually sued Sequoia Financial Services or a similar agency for harassment? I came across this article about stopping them, but I'm curious if taking legal action is worth the hassle for something like this. Any advice or shared experiences would really help me figure out my next move. Thanks
