I’ve been taking my 2019 A7 to the official dealer in Abu Dhabi for the last couple of years mainly because I thought it was safer, but honestly the prices are getting ridiculous and I’m not even sure the service is that much better than a good independent shop. A friend told me about a place that does Professional Audi Service Abu Dhabi and said they use genuine parts anyway, so now I’m wondering if I’m just throwing money away for a fancy waiting room. Has anyone here moved away from the dealership for regular maintenance or bigger jobs like transmission work? Did you regret it or was it the best decision you made? I just want someone who really knows these cars without the huge markup.
